Riccardo Spinotti was strangely born in north carolina. days or months later i left the country.
eleven years of childhood spent in rome. moved to los angeles with my parents.
labradors, skateboards, SUVs - felt like a stranger while trying to fit in and was also embarassed of my mother's italian accent in front of my friends. maybe it felt like people my age were becoming more mature, was having trouble keeping up with these two worlds. little anxieties exc... lately i've learned to listen with lion ears. the way in which squirrel tails stumble out of bed and feel fragile. wheat fields & stones of love.
