Heyward is a Los Angeles based performance artist, visual artist and interactive art director.He has produced a wide range of interactive work for clients in the entertainment and music industry as well as corporate. As a performance artist he is an alumni of the notoriously subversive Butoh based performance troupe Corpus Delicti. Recent performances have included work with the bi-costal performance collective Avant Media and Venice California's Body Weather Laboratory. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of art, an explorer of the boundaries and relationships between mediums, an iconoclastic meddler in the business of culture, Los Angeles "native" and graduate of Tokyo's prestigious Musashino Art University.
